After 14 years, Creative Montessori School found the need to do several projects on their campus. The project begins with installation of 6 modular buildings for temporary classroom and demolition of an existing 11,000 square foot preschool building. Renovation to the 2,600 square foot Library Building and a new drop-off canopy will also be included in the initial phase. Sitework encompasses a 3 foot elevation of the site to accommodate the requirements for new construction.
New construction in the second phase includes a 16,000 square foot preschool building with 6 classrooms, a language room, an art room, a full kitchen, a lunchroom and a community room. Eight large hardwood trees harvested from the site work will be repurposed into the interior finishes and furnishings in the new school.
The existing Elementary building will also be enhanced with several interior modification. Finally, the grounds will be completed with a new playground and outdoor classroom.
